The Cabinplant IBC 510 is a traditional belt contineous blancher for vegetable. The capacity is 10 tons/hr on green peas. It is even capable of blanching 5 tons/hr spinach. The steam valve delivers the steam for the direct heating of the shower water. It is fed by a product pump and a fluming system. On the outlet there is a product pump and a tank for the circulated water. The pumps are relatively new. The IBC blancher has a heat recovery system, using some of the heat from the cooling for preheating of the product.
