The line consists of a dough preparation plant, 2 pcs Toresani dough kneaders (1998) and 3 pcs dough sheeters (1998). Here the dough is formed into a thin pasta sheet. Subsequently, the pasta sheet passes a steam heated Foodmac tunnel pasteurizer, then a tunnel dryer and a cooling tunnel. After the cooling tunnel the pasta sheet is being cut, either into lasagne sheets (coiled) or it goes to a tagliatelle ribbon cutter, before being packed in a Multivac R535 thermoforming machine (2009) with hard underfoil. The line also includes a REC-500 dough kneader for recovery of exceed dough. The plant will be available ultimo December 2025.
